Hey guys, I know what you’re thinking. I was supposed to write a second article yesterday, but I never got the chance to. It was a pretty crazy day.
Yesterday I left with Taylor, Hayes, and Bayley Phillips to go to The Genesis Conference 2007 up in Fort Smith, Arkansas. We’re doing it for Love The Unloved, we got the opportunity to set up a table and sell some of shirts, and spread the word. So, we arrived yesterday a little after 3 and began setting up our table. It was about 4:30 when we finished, the girls went back to their room to get cleaned up and Bayley and I held down things at the table.
The conference started at 6 and it was really cool. They had a lot of neat things set up for the conference. It was really cool, but it was pretty long, we didn’t get out ‘till 12:30. Then we hadn’t eaten dinner yet, so we set out to find a Waffle House. We finally got back to our room around 2AM. It was a log day.
Today has also been pretty sweet. We are meeting a lot of people, and getting to hear a lot of neat speakers.
Oh, I forgot to write that last night, they had a Christian comedian guy come in for the conference and he was really funny. I’ve been quoting him all day. Funny Stuff.
