UPDATE: I received an email from a reader which suggested a mouse. I asked whether it should be a computer mouse or a real mouse. The reader suggested a real mouse. I’m not sure if I’m going to go with it or not. I think my fall back plan is a Starbucks gift card.
Any other ideas?

So, I’ve received invitations to three christmas parties this season and the majority of them are requiring some sort of “White Elephant Gift” or a “Gift Exchange” of some sort. I need some ideas. One gives a $6 or $7 limit, the other is as much as $10. So I’m asking for your help, reader.
