Secrets

The hardest thing about secrets is having to keep them.  I’ve never wanted to talk so much as I do when I have a secret.  Now if you’re reading this and thinking, “I’ve told Andrew secrets before.  Has he told anyone?”  The answer is no.  I always keep other people’s secrets.  Its my own that I have a problem with.  For instance, about two months ago I spotted what I believed to be the perfect location for a secret get away.  I quietly thought about it as I continued to eye the spot, stopping by a couple times a week to check things out on it.  It seemed to be ideal: rarely visited, out of sight, right in the middle of everything [which, its the combination of these last two things that really made it awesome].

Although the only problem with a secret “fort” is no one else knows about it.  That’s why when boys are young [or 18 in my case] they form secret clubs so that their fort can still be a “secret” even though 6 of his friends know about it.  I however, being less practiced in secret clubs and forts, one day blurted it out to one of my friends as we went passed the spot.

Now I think 4 or 5 people know, which isn’t bad at all, these 4 or 5 now make up my secret club.  The secret club of people who know where Andrew will hide out this Summer.

In closing,

Andrew Nemeth
