G-Sale-ing and a Picnic

G-Sale-ing is garage sailing for those of you that didn’t know.

I went with Lauren C., Cameron C., and Jenni H.  We left about 10 and apparently that’s a little too late for the more veteran sailers.  All the good stuff had already been purchased, but that didn’t get me down because after we stopped at some yard/garage sales we went on a picnic.

We were originally going to go to KFC for food for our picnic but it turns out that that restaurant has been shut down.  The good news is that it will be replaced by a Taco Casa [My Fav].  Still in need of some good picnic food we swung in Chicken Express and ordered a family meal.  We then went to an exclusive park in old Rockwall and had a pleasant picnic beneath a shade tree of sorts.  We forgot napkins but Lauren [who was kind enough to bring a large blanket for us all] said we could just wipe our hands on the blanket.  We were all a little hesitant at first, but after the first person wiped we all followed with ease.

Picnic

The chicken was extra greasy.  The tea was extra sweet.  I expected nothing else.
