I was left at home

My sister went to the beach with some friends (some of them hers, most of them mine).  

Unfortunately, I’m still here.  I’m not terribly upset by it, or at least I wasn’t until today when Emily called me and asked me what I was doing.  Typically this wouldn’t be cause for displeasure, but I have a pretty constant work schedule, she should have known that I would be working when she called.  And so to call your brother [who is working] from a beach house where you are relaxing with a couple of his friends is terribly painful for the brother.

I’m handling it well.  I played tennis tonight.  I started my “Tennis-every-day-of-this-summer” program.  Its like day 3 or 4.  I think I’m going to make a rule that says Sundays are optional tennis days.  After all, it is the Sabbath.

  6. aw im sorry i called you and made u feel depressed. but after bradley asked us to play UNO for the millionth time we need some “outside” entertainment. but you were working and therefore i dont remember our conversation lasting very long…lol.
    *** “mostly your friends???” yea right. maybe jenni and lauren “mostly” but i def. got bradley, molli and sophia.
