Registrate and Orientate

Today I reported to Christ For The Nations (CFNI) at 9:12 for my 9:30 scheduled registration. It took a while to get through, but I managed. Then there was some down time before the 3 hour orientation. That felt like forever.

I ate lunch and dinner here. The food was decent.

This experience is a little strange it’s (more/less) my first day of college and it feels a lot like high school. Part of that is because only the new students are here right now and everyone feels eager to make a friend so they don’t have to eat/walk/pass time alone. I think that throws me off because my preconcieved notion of college was that everyone would be lost in their own world and no one would really care about new people. Perhaps that’s just the major universities.

Regardless, I think that the next few weeks will be interesting.

  1. Don’t worry. It’ll get boring after 12:30 PM once school gets going.

  2. Congrats on getting into such a prestigious institute.

  3. Katie, Bri, and Evan are the only ones I know of who are halfway consistent. I’m the most consistent of the bunch.
