Friday Night Lights
Friday night was Boles High School’s Homecoming football game. Jenni and Lauren came home for it. Jenni and I went to the game [which was a blowout with a final score of 62-0].
As it turns out, the majority of current and former students treat the game as a more of a social gathering then a spectator’s sporting event. It didn’t matter to me though, I got to enjoy a bit of the game and a bit of the social activities.
Also, an interesting side note: I have attended more Boles High School football games then I had Rockwall High games [and I was in Rockwall schools my whole life].
After the game a group of us went back to Jenni’s to hang out. On our way there she and I swung into WalMart so we could have some snacks. We finished the night with the season premier of The Office.
I had a lot of fun,
