Joga
Jesus + Yoga = Joga
It was discovered by Ashley sometime last week when she was in the Gordon Lyndsay Prayer Room at CFNI. She won’t take credit fir the discovery, mind you, rather she attributes it to a nice man who was stretching during an early morning prayer session. She tells the story of her being slightly anoyed by this gentleman’s groaning while stretching. But that wasn’t all he was doing, he continually breathed heavy, then soft, then heavy again. Many experts are unsure of what he was actually doing, I (along with many others) attribute it to “joga”.
