Weekend Rap Up. As my weekend draws to a close I can’t help but to sum it up in this doggerel. Here goes:
“-Friday,
Shoulda’ been my day,
But I had to go to school,
I felt like a fool,
Sitting near a tool,
Juddson got a tat,
Immagine that,
Right on his chest,
He looked his best,
Went to work at the station,
Without a moment of hesitation,
Or fear of irritation,
My boss thinks I could run the nation,
Came back home and did some reading,
Also made a panini for eating,
Soon after Zach and I were fleeting,
We went to Rowlett for a friendly meeting,
The late night soon became morning,
But we made it back without a warning.
Saturday was an eventful day,
Most of it was spent leisurlay,
Went to the field to watch football,
Then met A-Town out at the mall,
Juddson, Alan, and I went shopping,
At one point I felt like bee-bopping,
I got two shirts and pair of glasses,
Alan actually bought me the glasses,
It for my birthday which is coming up,
Its on the 18th, so hollar what’s up,
Drove to Forney to see a movie,
Got bad directions–so sue me,
Nick and Norah wasn’t worth it,
I thought it woulda been more independant,
Indecision lead us no where,It seemed like we didn’t care,
Decided to watch another flick,
Wimbledon was better then Nick,
The night was ended,
I’m not sure if anyone was offended,
Those are the glasses I got,
With them I look pretty hot,
Sunday morning I helped with the children,
It wasn’t as bad as it could’ve been,
My aid was late,
I wasn’t irrate,
I didn’t have a reason to be,
Its not something that will get to me,
Leaders meeting felt like it took time,
But really it was fine,
Grabbed snacks for small group,
Glad I didn’t make soup,
The students liked the chips,
Alexandra can do flips,
Watched a movie before we meet,
Step Up 2 Take it to the Street,
Now I have to study,
My memory is kinda muddy,”
I hope you all enjoy this. I broke this week’s rap-up into verses which correlate to a specific day. Leave me your idea of a chorus in the comments below.
