Room 914 has recently learned of a new and revolutionary way to wash dishes.
It all began a few weeks ago when Zach and I made nachos for dinner. The microwave baked the excess cheese onto the plate. When it came time to wash the plate the cheese was really stuck on there. Juddson was in charge of doing the dishes, and since he hadn’t eaten any of the nachos he didn’t want to wash the plate.
2 weeks went by and the plate still hadn’t been washed—we got by with just using the other plates. One evening, as I was about to take a shower, I saw it on the sink in the kitchen bathroom. I asked Zach and Juddson about it and Juddson said he shouldn’t have to clean it, while Zach exclaimed that it needed to get clean. In a suggestion based more out of desperation then innovation, Zach told me to just take it into the shower with me and let the shower wash the cheese off.
So I did.
It got most of it off. I did have to take a washcloth to it before I got out, but the escapade ended with me emerging from a steamy bathroom with a clean plate.
Has anyone else ever thought of trying this? You college kids should.
