A Weekend Rap-Up is a weekly segment in which I write a rap about my weekend.  Typically I try to have these published on Monday, but because I was out of town this one comes to you a few days late. 

Now, Drop it like its hot:

Went to school had to work a double

Don’t forget to pack or I’ll be in trouble

Nate James myself and zachary shea

Posted up in Rockwall where we ended our day

12:45 we went to bed

4am the alarm is ringing in my head

We left the church quick to get the trip under way

South fork, COlorado is where we would stay

On our way to the mountains to snowboard and ski

14 hour drive we had to stop and pee

The trip took most of our Saturday

But we woke up to hit the slopes the next day

The snow was deep and our boards were slick

I couldn’t wait to bust a trick

Wiped out bad once or twice

It sure did hurt when I hit the ice

The mountain closed promptly at 4

So we grabbed our gear and hit the door

Later that night back at the cabin

The boarding took it’s toll all my homies were nappin

Did a little worship and went straight to bed

Woke up the next morning to do it again.
