friends, Grace, haircut, stavely, toys, trash, Weekend Rap Up

I drop flows like a messy kid drops crumbs.
“Friday I woke up excited,
My rap song was being recited,
Many liked it and said it was funny,
Too bad it won’t make me any money,
After school I got word from some friends,
Saying they’d be in town before the day ends,
Work flew by quickly that day,
We were interviewing for a job with decent pay,
We didn’t want most of the interviewees to stay,
Like “Old Man River” who was really gray,
When I got home I gave the house a quick clean,
I even scrubbed around the latrine,
The apartment was clean for our friend,
Perhaps this cleanliness could become a trend,
Woke up the next morning and just hung around,
I’ve been listening to Stavely’s new sound,
I got to visit with Grace for quite a bit,
Her kids were good and didn’t through a fit,
They enjoyed playing with our trash,
Junk makes the best toys because it doesn’t cost much cash,
Later I had Pad Thai for a birthday lunch,
I was so delicious that I think I ate too much,
That evening I saw some family from out of town,
To get here they had to drive a long way down,
My mom had showed them my rap—my flow,
They liked it a lot and said I should go pro,
That night I drove back to the big city,
My sister and some friends were in my vicinity,
They stopped by for a bit to eat a bite,
They and Grace both left later that night,
Sunday morning I made it to church right on time,
This is a normal occurrence and nothing sublime,
Afterwards Trish was kind enough to cut my hair,
Her job performance was better than fair,
Emily made lunch—I miss her cooking,
She should be a caterer—I could do booking,
After eating I relaxed for a while,
Chilling with friends will never go out of style,
Angela and I had a good small group meeting,
If you don’t have a group, we have extra seating,”
Yeah, another million dollar song right there.

I don’t know where this came from. But, I can’t stop crying and begging God for so much more than I am.

yes yes.
It also reminds me of Michael Scott.
I can only take him in 30 min intervals.
