Can you guess what's happening in this picture? Few people have been able to. I'll give you one more guess.
Give up? I'm doing a cartwheel. Down the isle of the IB at CFNI. Pretty crazy I know...

Have you ever played put-put golf at a course? I have and its pretty fun. Have you ever played put-put not at a course? Its even more fun. The only downside is you need to be careful where you play and who sees you playing because it could cause some tension or even an altercation [and fisticuffs if you're rowdy]...
The other night Zach came home, and while unlocking our apartment door the neighbor two doors down stopped him and asked to use his phone. He allowed her to, and while waiting for her to finish using it he became engaged in the event she was calling about. Her apartment had been broken into...
'Weekend Rap-Up' is a weekly segment in which I write a rap which summarizes my weekend. I've been doing these for a while, so if you like them feel free to scroll back through the old stuff and take a look at my other weekend rap-ups....

Today me and my partner in rhyme [A-Town] hit up some of Garland's finest thrift stores in hopes of finding some great deals. Our adventures did yield some great deals, so in my mind it was a success. Especially since I came home with a blender, a food processor, a potato masher, and a pink polo for all under $20. Some argue that the shirt is more salmon in color than pink, but for guys who only see in Windows 16bit colors, its definitely pink...

Today CFNI had a "Blackout Day". They started a campaign for those living on campus to reduce electricity usage by turning off and unplugging things that weren't being used. To commemorate the day the staff allowed the students to break dress code and where jeans and a black t-shirt [since it was blackout day]. As it turns out they also had a fun little event planned for the 11 o'clock hour...
It has come to my attention that many of you like to pass the time at local coffee shops like Starbucks. This is a chic way to relax, study, mingle, or just shoot the breeze. However, allow me to take a moment to warn you of the potential dangers of congregating in public areas...

My toaster broke. And if you follow me on twitter you may have read about my frustration with a lack of good thrift stores in Rockwall. Fortunately Helping Hands did have a toaster, but I'm still looking for a cheap blender, mixer, and food processor [which they didn't have]...

There is a small group of us that usually meet up at the Ridge Rd. Starbucks on Sunday evenings. We have a good time getting to know different people and just hanging out. There isn't any schedule or agenda, its just an open invite for people to come and hang out...
Every week I weave a tapestry of melodic flow in a way that would accurately summarize my weekend. And for those of you who just can't seem to grasp my wordy metaphor, check this: I'm going to rap my weekend...
On April 18, 2006 at approx. 12:45pm Tafv Rose Parker was born. Today we celebrated the occasion with cake, ice cream, and presents for the birthday girl.
Tafv is Grace's little girl. She is super fun. She pretends to be shy but is really showy for a 3 year old...

Today I took a trip to Oklahoma. I didn't have school, so I asked off work and gave myself a 3-day weekend. The occasion [other than seeing an old friend] is Tafv's birthday. I would tell you all what I got her, but in case she reads this I don't want to ruin the surprise for tomorrow...

Today at school we spent a good part of the day celebrating CFNI's co-founder and mother figure Freda "Mom" Lindsay's birthday. We had a blast dancing around like David and listening to a violinist play traditional Jewish worship. As you could guess, CFNI birthdays are like nothing you've ever seen...

This is a weekly segment in which I rap a summary [wrap-up] of my weekend. Its a clever pun that I came up with one time when I just happened to bust a freestyle about my weekend. Since then it has morphed into this awesome reoccurring article.

If you’re family is like mine you just finished eating the third biggest meal of your life [third to Thanksgiving and Christmas].
I really enjoy Easter, I get to say, “He is risen.” when I shake people’s hands, there is so much food to eat, and friends and family are required to hang out all day. Its very relaxing.
I hope you enjoy your day.

Friday night I had Lauren and Ashley over for a cooking lesson. We also invited other people to come over and eat what they cooked. The other people didn't make it. And those that did come over didn't eat much. However, this shouldn't say anything about the girls' cooking ability...

I arrived back late the other night from a business seminar in Austin, TX. It was an educational seminar teaching how to better advertise online with Google AdWords. It was super informative and I walked away with over 50 pages of notes and 16 hours of knowledge...
Paradigm took a trip to Surf Side, TX in lieu of a more traditional spring retreat this year. It was a lot of fun. We had rented three beach houses that were amazing. The guys house had almost 40 guys packed in it. We had to sleep all over the place, on the beds, on the floor, even out on the balcony. But I don't think there was a single complaint about it, everyone was so glad to be there...
Imagine what would happen if someone wrote a rap that somehow summarized their weekend. They could be clever and call it a "Weekend Rap-Up" instead of 'wrap-up'. It would be great, everyone would love it.
If you can't quite imagine how awesome it would be, just click "Read More".
I need this post to buy me some time.
I was at a beach house this weekend with Paradigm. Then 6 hours after I got home I left for Austin, TX (where I am now). I planned to catch PN up to speed but my hotel doesn’t have wifi. So maybe tomorrow night or something.
Till then.

Typically, as soon as school is over I run off to work. But yesterday I decided to take a few minutes and have some fun in between CFNI and work. So in the IB parking lot Jordan, Jill and myself broke out the Hello Kitty kite and made a commotion.
Last night at church I fell victim to a prank. It started with a helpful txt message alerting me that I was going to need a pair of scissors in order to leave. This peaked my curiosity and so I gathered a small group of people to go and investigate what had been done to my car.
