Mija’s Graduation
On Sunday afternoon Angela “Mija” Jensen had a graduation party. There was a number of close friends and family in attendance. Mrs. Elizabeth [as usual] went out of her way to provide some of the most delicious food.
The party itself was decorated beautifully with fun people and sundresses. We all congregated outside under the shade of some trees. Barefoot we walked around enjoying each other’s company.
I got to meet cousin Oscar for the first time. We are like BFF now. Its funny how I liked talking with him better than his 17 year old daughter.
It was a wonderfully relaxing time marked occasionally with a glimpse of nostalgia and a cup of sweet iced tea.
Many blessing to the graduate, and congratulations.
