The company I work for [BG Development] develops lakefront communities, one of which is in East Texas. I go out there often to help out with sales and leads and other realtor jargon.
This weekend we are having our big Phase III Grand Opening Sale. Because of the nature of the event a lot of prep and work needed to be done. So early this morning Rich [my boss] got on the tractor while I zipped around on the Club Cadet [both pictured above].
It was a long and tiring day. I was working from 7:30 to 6:30 [almost all of which was out in the sun].
I came back to my apt tonight but have to go back tomorrow morning after church. Should be good though, I enjoy the extra hours because I got to ‘make paper’.
Also, if anyone is interested in a lakefront lot for a second home or whatever I can get you a great deal.

@King there is a spot I have in mind for you that I could knock $150K off the regular price. It would still cost you about $250K but it would be worth every nickel.
