You can’t really tell in this picture, but there were two raccoons hanging out in the parking lot of my apartment complex.
I got really close to them before they scurried away. I approached with caution though, because my dad has told me before that raccoons can cary rabbis. And I don’t want rabbis. So I was sure to not let the raccoons bite me. But I did imagine having them as pets. They were really neat looking.
And I hear they are pretty smart.

They hang out at our house a lot. They’re vicious when approached, even if you are only carrying a spoonful of sugar.
