Rachel McBride and Jonathan Rush were married on November 21, 2009.
The uniting of Rachel and Jonathan in holy matrimony was a beautiful thing. Officiated by our very own Pastor Tim Meister, the ceremony went beautifully as the two love-birds exchanged vows and pledged [before God and man] to give themselves to one another as long as they both shall live.
As a long time friend of both I was excited to attend and even more so to give my blessings a speak a few words to the happy couple.
We all came for the ceremony, but stayed for the reception. Catered by the talented Jen Hessaig, the food and decor was simply delightful. After giving the first dance to the newly weds the dance floor was used for a few more organized dances before being turned over to those patiently waiting to cut the rug.
Hours later the event ended as joyfully moist eyes wished the happy couple farewell and many blessings amidst a cloud of bubbles.
I’m excited for them and wish them an amazing marriage.
