“Everyone loves a good burger.”
That’s just one of the many reasons that I decided to host “Burger Night”.
Burger Night is the type of event that takes advantage of the nice weather while bringing friends together to share in a good meal. Complete with all the fixings, I cook up a hearty mess of red meat on our modest charcoal grill.
Funny story about the grill. I had sent Nathan down stairs to light it and get it hot while I prepped the meat and fixin’s. When I got down to the front patio I couldn’t find him or the grill. It turns out he was in the back on that patio. We were perplexed for a brief moment on how to move this hot, smokey grill to the front, but I being as quick witted as I am said, “Get the door, I’ll roll it straight through the lobby”.

So we ran quickly with the grill in tow through the lobby, past an elderly couple, and then out the door to the front patio.
Success.
