My roommates and I are looking to move out of our apartment and find a nice house to rent.
We went to look at one property, but saw this sign on one of the local shops. We used it as a barometer for the condition of the neighborhood.
In case someone reading this doesn’t quite understand I’ll spell it out. If a store tells you not to come in with your hands in your pockets its because they’ve been robbed too many times. And if they get robbed that much, I don’t want to be in that neighborhood.
Needless to say, we are no longer interested in that property.
