I went to Houston over the weekend with Alan “A-Town” Jensen. He ships off for the military next week and so we went to visit some of his extended family.
His cousins, the Jalifis, are really cool. They let us stay with them for the weekend, and Alan and I got to hang out with their kids [who are 15 and 18].
The picture above was taken outside a chinese market. It was the Chinese new year while we are visiting and all of the Asians were taking part in the celebration. We happily watched.
Houston is pretty cool, but I think I like Dallas better. Just saying.
