I hope you all had a great Resurrection Sunday. I know I did. Every time I shook a hand I said, “Blessings, He is risen.” It felt fitting.
After church a group of friends came over to my parents house to celebrate with us. Most of them were unable to spend Easter with their family [for one reason or another] so we were able to invite them to be with us.
The picture above is Mary finding my old light brite. She was spelling out “Happy Easter”.
Pictured here are the easter baskets my mom surprised my sister and I with. We both thought we were a little too old, but neither of us turned down candy [and raisins?]
The girls worked in the kitchen to help my mom make lunch and desert, and the traditional ham pies.
I’m a child at heart. I better not hear anyone say anything about that H… or the E…
