During a small dinner party the other night we all began chanting “speech, speech speech”.
Priscilla stood to give a toast, but couldn’t quite find the words. I then tried my hand at it and gave what I thought was an excellent toast.
However, everyone else mistook it for sounding too much like a eulogy.
But I thought it was good.

P.S. We did not eat toast with

This “Weekend” [it was actually Sunday-Tuesday] me and some of the manliest men around travelled to the great outdoors for a camping expedition.
Myself, Juddson V., Brett M., Justin L., and Daniel S., all travelled to site #13 of Dino-Valley State Park where we pitched our tent and set up camp for the day(s) ahead. While down in Dino-Valley we hit up all the sights

“Why is Lindsey in that child-sized shopping cart?” You might be asking yourself, but take one look at those smiling faces and know that its because its fun.
The idea was spawned between Lindsey and I during a cool dip in the pool. We saw a small child having a lot of fun and thought, “Wouldn’t it be fun if we could do kids’ stuff

Thursday’s is Bike Night, and Willie, myself, and several others went on a bike ride throughout Dallas.
We started in South D – Oak Cliff, went up through downtown, into deep ellum, then around the city up into uptown area and then back down.
Sadly, during different points of our 10 mile ride 3 of us had tire blow outs-myself included.
I rode on the flat

I have an office on the 8th floor of the Mockingbird Station office tower. Its usually fairly quiet, outside of an occasional horn or siren from the bustling streets below. Yesterday, however, there was all sorts of commotion coming from the building’s exterior. I looked out to see this guy.
He’s a window washer. He washes windows on hi-rise buildings. We didn’t get to talk,

Last night Willie and I went on an adventure.
Stephen M. had called and asked us to pick up his bikes from “the guys’ apartment”. We were more than happy to help out. So last night on our way home we had Emily drop us off at the apartment so we could just ride the bikes back to our house. Little did I realize that one

The other day, after my weekly group bike ride, we went back to Tim’s house and played Giant Jenga. It’s a lot of fun. Imagine how much fun Jenga is, now imagine how much fun it would be if it was life-size. It was even better than that.

J. La Fond and I drove down to H-Town to see Stephen Merkey for his birthday weekend. We’re having a legit time going to the lake and being “on a boat”. Also, Stephen turned 20, and like everyone that transitions out of their teens, he inherited a wealth of wisdom and knowledge when he woke up this morning. Its pretty cool.
Also, huge shout out

This post is titled, “Back Up”, but it could easily be titled “The Lord Provides”.
A week and a half ago I gave away my computer. I thought it was the stupidest idea, and was really unsure of what was going to happen because I use my computer for work. But following what I felt God was saying to me I gave away my macbook.

There’s going to be some down time here at Project Nemeth. I don’t have a computer right now, and what little time I do have on one I need to do real work and not just blog.
But this isn’t goodbye, merely and hold-on.
