If I haven’t been updating much its because I’ve been in the wild’s of SouthWest Texas.
Jamal, Jared, and I packed our gear and headed for the great outdoors. We arived there about an hour and a half later at Dino Valley State Park in Glen Rose, Tx.
We did things like hiking, getting lost, getting found, getting lost again, and finally making it back to

YFN had a Team Building day today.
Josh D. and I were refs to help guide interns through the scavenger hunt they were sent on.
The funny thing was that the group coming to our location got lost a few times and so Josh and I waited in my car with a big camera suspiciously eyeing customers going in and out of Starbucks.
We felt like Private

Madison, Paula, and I went to the Texas vs. Florida showcase featuring Abilene, TX against Coco, FL. [The number 1 and 2 teams]
The game was pretty exciting, unfortunately Abilene couldn’t pull of the win, and lost by 3 points.
It was still great to experience the energy of football season starting up.

I’ve been in the kitchen a lot the last 2 days.
Biggie and I are cooking up a storm for Rosh Hashanah.

Labor Day was off the chain. Jamal and I hosted a grill-out that ended up being the tastiest thing since people started putting jelly on their peanut butter sandwiches.
We had chicken legs, southern bbq beans, burgers, stuffed-burgers, and sausage.
The people that came made Labor Day even better than the food.

Last night the fabulous Jillian Irons opened up for Stavely.
The music emanated from The Hydrant, a unique coffee house in the downtown square of Denton, TX.
The drive from South Dallas was quite a trip, but the show was more than worth it.
I can’t wait to hear more from these talented artists.
