Friday night Jordan had a birthday party. He turned 18 on Saturday and I did my part to help him celebrate. The party was hosted at Lance and Lauren's and everyone who attended had wonderful things to say about the fiesta. There was cake, some panormous pizzas, and chips and snacks and lots of fun. London brought his Wii [its funny how close that looks to "World War II" if you capitalize the "i"'s]...
The "Weekend Rap-Up" is a weekly segment that I do in which I rap a summary of my weekend. The title is a clever little pun, and for those that have followed PN for a while know that this is a highlight of the week.
Ugh, yeah, gotta get warmed up here,
Today at school we spent a good part of the day celebrating CFNI's co-founder and mother figure Freda "Mom" Lindsay's birthday. We had a blast dancing around like David and listening to a violinist play traditional Jewish worship. As you could guess, CFNI birthdays are like nothing you've ever seen...

Weekend Rap-Up is a weekly segment in which I rap a summary [or a wrap-up] of my weekend. Its a pun, and its always sure to deliver some laughs.
This week I get down and funky with some crazy lyrics describing Emily and Cassie's Birthday Palooza as well as my encounter with auto mechanics.

Last night was Angela Musser’s birthday party. It was hosted at her house and was tons of fun. There was plenty of food, friends, and shouting (taboo).
Angela Musser is a long time friend and twitter follower. There is also a special bond that has developed over the years as I’ve had close ties with many of her relatives. She will soon be 20 years old,
Seasons Greetings to you and yours.
The tales of Christmas are too numerous to expound upon in this short blog post, but with further thought, perhaps I can fit it in with a short list:
USB drawing tablet
Socks
Breakfast
No lunch
Big dinner
Fun family
Crazy Christmas letters
Lots of laughter
Back to Dallas
Movie
Late night
These and more helped make this Christmas memorable. How was your Christmas?

Yesterday a small group of us celebrated Zach Shea’s 21st birthday.
We went to Hunky’s and had lunch, then while I went to work the group did some other fun stuff. [Hunky's is an interesting restaurant with some "unique" art on the walls. And by "unique" I mean provocative. The burgers were good though.]
After church we went to the Harrison’s for some Birthday pie.

Last night [Friday, the 24th] was Taylor H.’s BDay party. We went to Nandina’s off of Greenville Ave and had some delicious sushi. She opened her gifts and we sang “Sweet Dreams” [by the Eurythmics]. Surprisingly I don’t recall us ever singing “Happy Birthday”.
I made a mix-tape [CD] for the occasion and on our way to the restaurant myself, Taylor
UPDATE 10/21/08:
I received this video from some friends for my birthday. I thought you all might enjoy it:
Thanks for all the txt’s and wall writings (facebook) I haven’t gotten on MySpace this weekend but I’ll assume I have something there and say thanks for that too.
I had a great birthday.
Hey,
I turn 19 on the 18th.
I’m gonna have a ballin’ party, I just don’t know when [or where].

P.S. That’s a picture of me sitting at my desk at my new office in Mockingbird Station.
[I've been trying to blog about this all day from my phone but it hasn't been working for whatever reason]
Last week was Ashley L.’s birthday. A group of us got together to celebrate, except we didn’t tell her. If you’re slow you might think that mean, but if you catch my drift you’ll understand that we threw Ashley a surprise birthday party. Mary and Jill organized
