Everyone loves a good rap song. And what better basis for a rap song than the key events of my weekend. That's right, in this weekly segment entitled "Weekend Rap-Up" I summarize the happenings of my Friday-Sunday. Sometimes its difficult [as the reader] to feel the same rhythm that I do as I write these, but do your best and if all else fails just read it like poetry...

But what else does a group of friends do late on a friday night? We've exhausted walking around Wal-Mart late at night in years past, we no longer want to just play video games all night, going to bed at 11pm sounds almost lame, I guess the only other option is a pool party...

Today was a wonderful day for family and friends to join each other in a feast of thankfulness.

My immediate family went to the Minth’s for the day.  While there I think I ate my weight in tasty, delicious, home-cooked food.  Pstr. Nick and Mrs. Liz were also there.

Last night I made plans to meet some friends for Thai food.  I used google to help me find a nice little place [Chan Thai] in the Bishop Arts District of Old Oak Cliff.  

When Zach and I arrived we noticed that their menu’s were not traditional.  Instead of watercolors with asian symbols, it was a collage of bright colors and topless men.

I missed a call today.  I was in a meeting and didn’t want to be rude so I actually ignored it, but I wanted to take it real bad when I saw that it was a friend I hadn’t talked to in a while.  She had moved away to college [out of state] and we hadn’t talked much since then [maybe just a txt or two].  So I was pretty excited to talk after
