Last night there was a pool party/grill out for the adult and intern leaders of Paradigm [the youth group I work with]. Jack Green was kind enough to let us use his house—which just so happens to be great for these kinds of shindigs.

I’m blogging from the pool side. Sitting on a bench in the shade
because the sun is too hot.
It’s the 4th day at Dry Gulch children’s camp and as I watch the
children swim I notice one little boy with peculiar swim attire. He’s
wearing normal boardshorts, but underneath he also has his blue jean
shorts and whitie-tighties. I only know this because each layer began
to sag with the weight of the water. It’s impractical to put swimming
trunks on
Yesterday was great. It was super relaxing.
I went swimming with some friends at Bri Morris‘ house, then we grabbed some Chinese & Italian food and headed to this great little picnic spot by the lake.
We enjoyed a beautiful sunset there and then headed off to play a game
