An Uncomfortable Request

Allow me to begin by saying, “I’m totally comfortable in my body.  I mean, I know I’m no Matthew McConaughey, but I’m practically a Channing Tatum.”  And I say all that because despite how confident I am in my rugged good looks, the other night I really didn’t want to take off my shirt.

However, its not because I didn’t think the ladies would like it, rather I thought they’d enjoy it a little too

Thanksgiving Break

Over the Thanksgiving break I played a lot of tennis.

The weather was beautiful, the court was free, and the exercise was over due. Perhaps so overdue in fact that my body didn't care for it much. I'm now sore in a number of places, but it was all worth it.

And I plan to do it again as soon as it warms up...

Racquet Wall

Racquet Wall is a new game best played with 4 people.  You can play 3-z’s but its easier with two teams of two.  It was created by a couple of guys that were working the Paradigm fireworks stand.

What you will need to play is one large wall, one tennis racquet, some tennis balls, and a way of marking a line [we use a

For some this may not be as big of a deal.

To others I would like to apologize.  I haven’t blogged for two days.  It wasn’t because I didn’t want to, nor was it because I got too busy, it was more for your sake.  It felt like nothing really exciting had happened, which doesn’t usually stop me from writing about the trivial, but for the last two days I really wanted to wait for something

I’ve been playing every day*

Some people have said that making loop holes like that is considered cheating.  But my reply to that is, “I made up this tennis-everyday-thing so I can make up my own bogus rules”.

Also, on a separate note:  When there is only one court and 12 people [6 teams] the winner of each set should

Today’s entry doesn’t really have to do with the fact that this is the 195th post, I just couldn’t think of a title.

Yesterday at work Lauren M. stopped by because she had to take an online course and was going to be super board while she did so.  When I say “stopped by” I mean she took the coarse in our office [which was cool because it kept us entertained while Hayes and I worked

Yesterday was great.  It was super relaxing.

I went swimming with some friends at Bri Morris‘ house, then we grabbed some Chinese & Italian food and headed to this great little picnic spot by the lake.

We enjoyed a beautiful sunset there and then headed off to play a game

and better than ever.

Yesterday apple called me around  noon to let me know that my computer was ready.  ”Already?” thought I.  I was pleased, so last night I went out to Northpark [long drive, btw] and they gave me my MacBook back, unfortunately they had to replace the hard drive and so I lost everything.  However, I back up my computer about once a week so I really only lost a couple days worth of work.  Granted

Tennis

I lead a relatively sedentary life-style.

Tennis

I sit at school for 5 hours a day, then go to work where I sit behind a desk, then when I get home I dabble on my computer.  All of those activities involve nothing more than wrist movement and sitting down.

Today, however, I broke out of my out-of-shape shell and played a couple games of tennis today.  I had a riot.
