School was cancelled today because of the ice. So was paradigm tonight. I’m a little disapointed that we aren’t having church. We were going to pick small groups tonight. However, I am not at all disapinted that school was cancelled.

The Office was closed tonight. Not my office, mind you, but NBC’s American adaptation of the hit UK comedy entitled The Office [starring Steve Carrell, John Krazinski, and Rain Wilson]. It got cancelled tonight due to the storm. It wasn’t even that big of a deal but apparently NBC felt that the storm was so important that they bogarted the airwaves for almost an hour.
Well on Friday it snowed pretty good. Pretty good by Texas’ standards. I feel like this is such old news because today was almost 60 degrees. Ok, well I went ahead and checked to see how accurate that last statement was and I see that today’s high was only 51. But in my defense it was sunny
I’m not sure if you stepped outside today but the weather was beautiful.

After such a bleak winter I’m really looking forward to a bright summer. Today was my first glimpse of all the sun to come.
